Order Fulfilment

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days of purchase, excluding weekends and public holidays.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order has been fulfilled.

Please note: During major product launches or restocks, dispatch times may be extended due to increased order volumes.

 

Shipping Regions

We currently ship to:

  • Australia (fulfilled via Australia Post)
  • United States (fulfilled via USPS & Fedex)

We are working to expand shipping to other regions in the near future.

United States
- Standard Shipping (3–6 business days): $11.95 USD
- Express Shipping (2 business days): $21.95 USD


Australia
- Standard Shipping (2–8 business days): $13.95 AUD
- Express Shipping (1–3 business days): $19.95 AUD


All orders are tracked. Tracking links will be provided in your dispatch confirmation email.

 

Delivery Estimates (once dispatched):

- Australia: 2–8 business days (Standard) / 1–2 business days (Express)
- United States: 3–6 business days (Standard) / 2 business days (Express)

Returns & Exchanges

Because Sacred Legacy products are part of a limited edition collectible release, all sales are final once shipped.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect purchases, or duplicate orders once dispatched.

 

Cancellations

You may cancel your order prior to shipment for a full refund.

Once your order has been fulfilled and dispatched, it is considered final, and no cancellations will be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll replace the item or provide a refund where appropriate. Please include:

  • A clear photo of the issue
  • A brief description of the problem
