Order Fulfilment
Sacred Legacy is currently in pre-order. All orders placed during this time are expected to begin shipping in late December 2025. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Regions
We currently ship to:
- Australia (fulfilled via Australia Post)
- United States (fulfilled via our U.S. 3PL warehouse)
We are working to expand shipping to other regions in the near future.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and vary by destination, weight, and service type (e.g. standard or express). All shipments are tracked.
Delivery Estimates (once dispatched):
Australia: 2–6 business days
United States: 3–5 business days (standard), 2–3 business days (express)
Please note that delivery timelines may vary due to external factors beyond our control.
Returns & Exchanges
Because Sacred Legacy products are part of a limited edition collectible release, all sales are final once shipped.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect purchases, or duplicate orders once dispatched.
Cancellations
You may cancel your pre-order at any time before it has been shipped for a full refund.
Once your order has been fulfilled and dispatched, it is considered final and no cancellations will be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll replace the item or provide a refund where appropriate. Please include:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the issue
- A brief description of the problem
