1. Collectible Product Policy

Sacred Legacy items are factory-sealed collectibles containing randomly distributed trading cards. The integrity, authenticity, and collectible value of these products rely on the factory seal remaining intact. For this reason, our Returns & Refund Policy differs from that of many standard retail stores.

 

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, we'll work with you to assess the issue and determine an appropriate resolution. However, due to the collectible and randomised nature of our products, we do not accept change of mind returns or claims relating to individual cards removed from opened sealed products.

 

We encourage all customers to review this policy carefully before making a purchase. Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

 

 

 

2. Change of Mind Returns


Customers who wish to cancel an order for a change of mind may do so within 15 minutes of purchase using the Order Status page linked in their order confirmation email. 
After this cancellation window has expired, orders begin progressing through fulfilment and all change of mind sales are considered final.

Sacred Legacy products are sold as factory-sealed, collectible products containing randomly distributed trading cards. Due to their collectible nature, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect purchases
  • Duplicate orders 
  • Opened products
  • Products returned without prior written approval from Sacred Legacy

 

 

3. Damaged, Incorrect or Defective Orders 

 

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for review.

Include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the product
  • Photographs of the external packaging where applicable

Each claim is reviewed individually. Depending on the circumstances, Sacred Legacy may provide a replacement, partial replacement, store credit, or another appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable consumer laws. 
Sacred Legacy does not guarantee a replacement or refund for every claim.

 

 

 

4. Non Refundable or Returnable

 

Due to the factory-sealed and collectible nature of Sacred Legacy products, certain items and circumstances are not eligible for return, replacement, or refund.

 

The integrity, collectability, and value of these products rely on the factory seal remaining intact.

Once a Booster Pack, Booster Box, Collector's Bundle, or any other sealed randomised product has been opened, Sacred Legacy cannot verify or authenticate the condition, contents, or distribution of the cards contained within.

 

This policy does not affect any rights available under applicable consumer laws.

 

 

 

5. Manufacturing Variations

 

Trading cards are manufactured using commercial printing processes.

Minor manufacturing variations may occur and are considered normal production tolerances.

Examples include:

  • Slight centring variation
  • Minor print lines
  • Small edge imperfections
  • Colour variation
  • Minor surface marks

These characteristics do not constitute manufacturing defects and are not eligible for replacement or refund.

 

 


6. Promotional & Limited Edition Items

 

Promotional cards, bonus items, and limited edition releases are available while stocks last.

Where replacement stock is unavailable, Sacred Legacy will determine an appropriate remedy at its discretion and in accordance with applicable consumer laws.

 

 

 

7. Approved Returns

 

Do not return any products without written approval from Sacred Legacy.

Unauthorised returns may be refused.

Where Sacred Legacy authorises a return, we will provide instructions on where the product should be sent.

Return shipping arrangements will be advised during the claims process.

 



8. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

 

If you experience an issue with your order, we encourage you to contact Sacred Legacy before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.
 

By placing an order, you agree to provide us with a reasonable opportunity to resolve any concerns directly.

Where a chargeback is initiated, Sacred Legacy reserves the right to provide evidence supporting the transaction, including but not limited to:

  • Order confirmation
  • Payment confirmation
  • Customer communications
  • Tracking and delivery records
  • Fraud prevention data
  • Acceptance of our Terms of Service and store policies

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in:

  • Future orders being cancelled
  • Customer accounts being restricted
  • Additional action where permitted by applicable law

 

9. Consumer Rights

 

Nothing in this Shipping, Returns & Refund Policy limits or excludes any rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.
