1. Order Processing & Dispatch
Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
Orders are typically dispatched within 1-3 business days. During major product launches, promotions, holidays, or periods of high demand, processing times may be extended.
Once an order has entered fulfilment (including picking, packing, or shipping label creation), it can no longer be cancelled or modified.
When your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.
2. Shipping Regions
Sacred Legacy currently ships to a growing number of international destinations.
Orders are fulfilled through our multi-fulfilment network to provide faster delivery and improved service wherever possible.
Current shipping destinations can be viewed via the regional selector found in the header and footer of this website. As well as in the International Shipping Rates section at the bottom of this page. Available delivery methods can be viewed during checkout.
Sacred Legacy aims to expand to additional regions as interest grows in. If your region is not currently available you can submit your interest via our community signup.
3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates are calculated based on your destination, selected shipping method, and order weight. International Shipping Rates can be found at the bottom of this page.
Estimated delivery timeframes are displayed during checkout for your selected shipping method.
These delivery estimates begin once your order has been dispatched and are provided as a guide only. Actual delivery times may vary due to factors outside our control, including customs processing, local courier networks, weather events, or peak shipping periods.
4. Tracking your order
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.
You can also track your order at any time by visiting the Track Your Order link available in the footer of our website, or by clicking here.
5. Order Changes & Cancellations
Customers may self-cancel their order within 15 minutes of placing it through the Order Status page linked in their order confirmation email.
If you need to correct your shipping address, contact details, or any other order information, we recommend cancelling your order within this 15-minute window and placing a new order.
After the 15-minute cancellation window has expired, orders begin progressing through our fulfilment process and change of mind cancellations can no longer be accepted.
Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information provided during checkout is accurate. Once fulfilment has commenced, shipping addresses and order details cannot be changed.
6. Shipping Issues
If your parcel appears delayed, we recommend first checking your tracking information for the latest updates.

Our team will investigate the shipment with the carrier and work with you to determine an appropriate resolution where applicable.
Sacred Legacy is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Customs processing
- Carrier disruptions
- Severe weather
- Public holidays
- Events outside our reasonable control
7. Duties & Taxes
Taxes applicable to your jurisdiction will be displayed during checkout where required by law.
Where duties and taxes are collected during checkout, customers should not normally be required to pay additional import charges upon delivery.
