10. Pre-Orders

10.1 Definition

From time to time, we may offer products for purchase on a pre-order basis. Pre-ordering allows you to secure an item before it is officially released or available for immediate shipping.

10.2 Payment

All pre-orders must be paid in full at the time of checkout, including any applicable shipping fees and taxes. Pre-orders are treated as regular purchases and are charged immediately.

10.3 Estimated Shipping Date

All estimated shipping dates are clearly stated on the product page and/or at checkout. For the current Sacred Legacy pre-order campaign, orders are expected to begin shipping in late December 2025. Shipping dates are estimates only and may be subject to change due to production, logistics, or unforeseen delays. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any changes via email.

10.4 Fulfillment & Shipping

Pre-orders are fulfilled in the order they are received. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

10.5 Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel your pre-order and receive a full refund any time before your order has been shipped.

Once an order has been fulfilled and shipped, it is considered final and no cancellations or returns will be accepted, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items, as outlined in our Refund Policy.

10.6 Product Changes

While we strive to deliver the product as shown in all promotional materials, minor changes in packaging or product design may occur during production. These changes will not affect the overall function or theme of the product and do not entitle the customer to a refund.

10.7 Combined Orders

If your cart contains both pre-order items and in-stock items, your order may be shipped together once all items are available. We recommend placing separate orders if you wish to receive in-stock items sooner.
