Shipping, Refund & Return Policy


1. Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days of purchase. Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking details.

During major product launches, promotions, or restocks, dispatch times may be extended due to increased order volumes.

2. Shipping Regions

We currently ship to:

  • Australia (fulfilled via Australia Post)
  • United States (fulfilled via USPS & Fedex)

We are actively working to expand shipping to additional regions.


3. Shipping Rates 

United States

  • Standard Shipping (3–6 business days): $11.95 USD
  • Express Shipping (2 business days): $21.95 USD

Australia

  • Standard Shipping (2–8 business days): $13.95 AUD
  • Express Shipping (1–3 business days): $19.95 AUD

Shipping timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.


4. Tracking & Delivery

Once your order has been dispatched:

  • A shipping confirmation email will be sent
  • Tracking details will be provided

Delivery timeframes depend on the selected shipping method and carrier performance.

Sacred Legacy is not responsible for delays once an order has been handed to the carrier.


5. Order Cancellations 

Orders may only be cancelled if requested prior to fulfillment processing.

Once an order has entered fulfillment (including label creation, picking, or packing), it cannot be cancelled.

Include your order number.

Orders that have already been processed are subject to this policy and are not eligible for cancellation.

6. Lost, Delayed, or Carrier Issues

If your order is delayed:

  1. Contact the carrier first using your tracking number
  2. If unresolved, email hello@sacredlegacycollection.com

Where applicable, we may assist in lodging a carrier claim.

Sacred Legacy is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect shipping details provided at checkout
  • Carrier delays or disruptions
  • Customs processing delays
  • Lost or stolen parcels confirmed as delivered

7. Returns & Exchanges 

Due to the sealed, collectible, and limited nature of Sacred Legacy products, all sales are considered final except in cases where items are damaged or incorrect.


Damaged or Incorrect Items:

You must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the issue
  • Description of the problem

If approved, Sacred Legacy will, at its discretion:

  • Replace the item (subject to availability), or
  • Issue a refund to the original payment method.

Promotional & Limited Edition Items

Promotional cards, bonus items, and limited edition releases are strictly non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-replaceable.

These items are produced in limited quantities and, once allocated, cannot be reissued or replaced.

In the event that a promotional or limited edition item is received damaged, Sacred Legacy does not guarantee replacement or refund. Any resolution offered will be at Sacred Legacy’s sole discretion.

Change of Mind

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect purchases
  • Duplicate orders after dispatch
  • Opened products

Booster Packs, Booster Boxes, and Collector’s Bundles must remain factory sealed to be eligible for return consideration.


8. Approved Returns (If Applicable)

If a return is approved:

- Items must be unused and unopened
- Items must be returned within 7 days of approval
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty
 
We recommend using tracked shipping.

Sacred Legacy is not responsible for items lost in transit.

10. Refund Processing

  • Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving and inspecting returned goods.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

11. Duties & Taxes

For international orders, customers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, or import fees unless otherwise stated at checkout.

12. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

By placing an order with Sacred Legacy, you agree to this Shipping, Returns & Refund Policy.

Customers agree to contact Sacred Legacy directly at hello@sacredlegacycollection.com to resolve any issue prior to initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Where a chargeback is initiated without prior contact:

  • Sacred Legacy reserves the right to dispute the chargeback with evidence, including order confirmation, tracking confirmation, and policy acceptance
  • The customer may be restricted from future purchases
  • Any associated fees incurred by Sacred Legacy may be pursued where permitted by law

Orders confirmed as delivered to the address provided at checkout are considered fulfilled and non-refundable.
