1. Correction of Spelling and Text Errors
Since the launch of the First Edition, members of our community have helped identify a number of minor spelling, punctuation, formatting, and text inconsistencies throughout the set. The Second Print Run includes corrections across the effected cards and supporting materials. These updates improve clarity, consistency, and overall presentation while preserving the original meaning and intent of the scripture references and card content.
2. Removal of the “1E” First Edition Identifier on Cards
One of the most noticeable changes in the Second Print Run is the removal of the “1E” First Edition designation. First Edition products will remain permanently identifiable as the original print run of Sacred Legacy and will retain their unique place in the history of the collection.
Moving forward, the New Testament Core Set will no longer carry the First Edition marking, creating a cleaner and more timeless presentation across the product line. This distinction ensures collectors can clearly identify original First Edition products while allowing future print runs to maintain a consistent visual identity.
3. Updated Copyright Print Information
All packaging, printed materials, and product components have been updated to reflect the latest 2026 copyright information. While this is a minor change from a collector’s perspective, it ensures the product remains current and accurately reflects the latest version of the Sacred Legacy collection.
This will also help collectors identify whether or not a sealed product is First Edition, based on the 2025 copyright print marking.
4. Improvements to the Collector’s Booklet
The Collector’s Booklet has undergone review and updates. Several formatting changes and inconsistencies have been refined to improve readability and presentation.
Particular attention was given to the card anatomy and collecting guide sections, helping provide a clearer introduction for new collectors entering the hobby.
5. Custom Typography Refinements
Typography plays a significant role in the visual identity of Sacred Legacy. For the Second Print Run, we have implemented a number of custom typography refinements across cards, packaging, and supporting materials. These adjustments improve visual consistency and strengthen the overall presentation of the brand.
6. Booster Pack Packaging Improvements
We have made several adjustments to the layout and formatting of information displayed on booster pack packaging. These changes improve readability, create better visual balance, and provide a cleaner presentation without altering the contents of the product itself.
7. Improvements to Pack Collation and Randomisation
One of the largest areas of focus for the Second Print Run was pack collation and randomisation.
After reviewing production data and collector feedback from the First Edition release, we introduced new methods in manufacture to further refine the randomisation process used when assembling booster packs.
These improvements are designed to create a more consistent and enjoyable opening experience while preserving the intended rarity structure of the set.
8. Resolution of Seeded Pack Issues
During our review process, we identified an issue affecting the pack sequencing patterns in booster boxes.
The underlying cause has now been resolved, ensuring greater randomisation across booster box and other sealed product configurations.
9. Enhanced Card Distribution System
Building on the collation improvements, we have also implemented an updated card distribution system across the production process. The objective is to reduce repetition, improve variety between packs, and deliver a more balanced collecting experience overall.
These changes do not alter the card list, rarity structure, or overall collecting experience. The goal was simply to refine and improve the product while preserving what made the original release special.
